01 - DISCOVERY CALL

You can reserve your complimentary Discovery Call using the scheduler below. During this call, I’ll gather basic information about your project and the services you are seeking. I’m delighted to answer any questions you may have at this time.

02 - IN-HOME CONSULTATION

During the consultation, we will talk through the project goals, pain points, and, most importantly, the feeling you want the space to embody. You will get my unique perspective as we explore your project’s options and begin laying the groundwork for the design concept. Our collaboration with you makes the project truly yours - and rewarding at that!

Based on my findings and notes from the consultation, I can prepare a custom Project Proposal and Scope of Work.

03 - PROJECT PROPOSAL + CLIENT AGREEMENT

Once the Project Proposal + Client Agreement are signed and the retainer is paid, we will reserve your spot on our calendar.

04 - CONCEPT DESIGN

The project objectives and priorities will be determined, and an action plan will begin to take form. We will start the early stages of design and dig deep to understand each user’s needs in the space. We also strive to focus on the project's overall desired feel and style.

05 - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

This is when the design begins to take shape and come together. By the completion of this phase, the design and project plan will be complete and ready for implementation. Materials, fixtures, finishes, furnishings, and accessories will be carefully and thoughtfully curated and selected just for you.

06 - IMPLEMENTATION

We will coordinate all tradespeople and perform project procurement - ordering, tracking, and handling discrepancies on all items and materials purchased by Burns Haus of Design. Periodic site visits are included in our process to ensure the quality of work and attention to detail. Finally, we strategically place the finishing touches on the space with concierge-level delivery, installation, and styling. Treating our clients to a final reveal is hands-down the best part of the job!
